信息化条件下零缺陷管理在住院病案首页质量控制中的应用研究

目的 探讨在住院病案首页质量控制期间信息化条件下零缺陷管理方式的应用效果.方法 选取2020年2月—2022年4月山东省菏泽市定陶区人民医院的1 000份住院病案首页以及20名工作人员为研究对象展开分组对比研究,依据不同管理模式将病案首页及工作人员分为两组,参照组(500份,10名)采用常规方式完成对应管理,研究组(500份,10名)采用信息化条件下零缺陷管理方式完成对应管理.比较两组住院病案首页填写正确比例、缺陷比例以及住院病案首页填写缺陷类型、管理满意度.结果 研究组的住院病案首页填写正确比例高于参照组,缺陷比例低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组住院病案首页填写各项类型缺陷比例均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组管理总满意度高于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 信息化条件下零缺陷管理方式的有效应用,可显著提升住院病案首页填写质量,能够降低不同缺陷类型发生率.
Research on the Application of Zero-defect Management in the Quality Control of the First Page of Inpatient Medical Records under Information Technology
Objective To explore the application effect of zero-defect management method under informationization conditions during the quality control of the first page of inpatient medical records.Methods The first pages of 1 000 inpatient medical records and 20 staff members from the Heze Dingtao District People's Hospital of Shandong Prov-ince from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects and a comparative study was conducted.The first page of all medical records and staff grouping were divided into two group two group by different management methods.The reference group(500 copies,10 staff numbers)used conventional methods,the study group(500 copies,10 staff numbers)adopt zero-defect management method under informationized conditions to complete corresponding management.Compared the correct proportion of filling in the first page of inpatient medical records,the proportion of defects,and the types of defects in filling in the first page of inpatient medical records,and management satisfaction between the two groups.Results The proportion of correct entries on the first page of inpatient medical records in the study group was higher than the reference group,and the proportion of defects was lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The proportion of defect types filled in on the first page of each inpatient medical record in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of staff management of the study group was higher than the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Through the effective ap-plication of zero-defect management methods under information conditions,the quality of filling in the first page of in-patient medical records can be significantly improved,and the incidence of different types of defects can be signifi-cantly reduced.
