The Application Value of Information Management Technology in Hospi-tal Laboratory Departments
Objective To analyze the effect of applying information management technology in hospital laboratory de-partments.Methods A total of 20 staffs in Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The reference group(from May to December 2022)adopted conventional management,while the discussion group(from Jan to June 2023)applied information management technology.The management qualification rate,management quality score,work efficiency and inspection score of the two groups be-fore and after management were compared.Results The management qualification rate of the discussion group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management qual-ity score of the discussion group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The work efficiency and test scores of the discussion group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information man-agement technology in hospital laboratory can improve the qualified rate of management and improve work efficiency.
