Analysis on the Application of PBL+TBL+CBL Integrated Teaching Method in Obstetric Clinical Teaching Practice
Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)+team-based learning(TBL)+case-based learning(CBL)in obstetric clinical teaching practice.Methods A total of 32 obstetrical interns in Xianning First People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and di-vided into traditional teaching group(n=16,traditional teaching method)and integrated teaching group(n=16,PBL+TBL+CBL integrated teaching method)according to random number table method.The assessment results and evalua-tion of teaching methods were compared between the two groups of students.Results The assessment scores of theo-retical knowledge,professional skills and comprehensive ability of the integrated teaching group were better than those of the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The interns in the inte-grated teaching group had higher evaluation on the novelty of teaching methods,improving learning ability,communi-cation ability,clinical thinking ability and humanistic care ability than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+TBL+CBL integrated teach-ing method in obstetrics clinical teaching practice can significantly improve the teaching quality,enhanc einterns'theoretical knowledge,professional skills and comprehensive ability,and students have a higher degree of recognition of this teaching method.
