The Application Effect of Clinical Case Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Oncology Department
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical case teaching method in clinical teaching of oncology depart-ment.Methods A total of 40 resident students from Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 20 students in each group according to random number table method.The control group was subjected to conventional teaching methods,while the observation group was subjected to clinical case teaching methods.The two groups were compared in terms of operational skills,theoreti-cal knowledge,subjective knowledge,comprehensive scores,classroom atmosphere,learning interest,teaching meth-ods and teaching effects,and self-directed ability.Results The scores of operation skills,theoretical knowledge,sub-jective knowledge and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in self-orientation scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the self-directed score of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out clinical case teaching method in clinical teaching of oncology department has good advan-tages and application effect,which can improve the comprehensive scores of resident students,improve their compre-hensive learning satisfaction,and enhance their self-oriented ability.
