规范化培训在医学影像技术专业临床实践教学中的应用分析

摘要
国内的医学影像技术教育和培养体系建立较晚,存在专业业务能力较为滞后、综合素质偏弱、学科知识不足、教学以及科研能力参差不齐等问题.本文基于医学影像技术专业发展现状,将院校教学与临床实际需求相结合,探讨规范化培训在影像技师培养中的应用价值.
Abstract
Due to the late establishment of the domestic medical imaging technology education and training system,there are problems such as lagging professional business capabilities,weak comprehensive quality,insufficient subject knowledge,and uneven teaching and scientific research capabilities.Based on the current development status of the medical imaging technology profession,this article combines school teaching with actual clinical needs to explore the application value of standardized training in the training of imaging technicians.
