Application of Case-guided Self-learning Combined with Situational Teaching in the Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Five-year Un-dergraduate Students
Objective To explore the application effect of case-guided self-learning combined with situational teach-ing in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology for five-year undergraduate students.Methods 40 five-year under-graduate students who received traditional teaching in the obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound teaching at the Depart-ment of Ultrasound Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Shihezi University from January 2021 to Janu-ary 2022 were included in the control group.40 five-year undergraduate students who received case-based guided self-learning combined with situational teaching during obstetrics and gynecology teaching from February 2022 to February 2023 were included in the observation group.Compare the theoretical examination and diagnostic skills scores,teaching effects,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of undergraduate students.Results The observa-tion group's theoretical examination,diagnostic skills scores,teaching effect scores,and total teaching satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Case-guided self-learning combined with situational teaching can improve the teaching effect of obstetrics and gyne-cology for five-year undergraduate students and improve their teaching satisfaction.
