目的 探讨临床路径(Clinical Pathway,CP)结合以团队为基础的教学(Team Based Learning,TBL)在妇产科学临床实习教学中的应用效果.方法 分别选取2022年1-6月、2023年1-6月浠水县妇幼保健院产科实习的两批实习医生作为对照组、研究组,各30名.对照组应用传统教学法,研究组应用CP结合TBL教学法,比较两组学习态度评分、考核成绩及综合能力评分.结果 研究组学习态度评分、考核成绩及综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在妇产科实习中,应用CP结合TBL的教学法可调整实习医生的学习态度,使其熟练掌握理论知识及操作技能,并可培养其综合能力.
Analysis on the Application of CP Combined with TBL Teaching in Clini-cal Practice Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway(CP)combined with team based learning(TBL)in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Two batches of intern doctors who interned at the Obstetrics Department of Xishui County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2022 and January to June 2023 were selected as the control group and the study group,with 30 intern doctors in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the study group used CP combined with TBL teaching methods.The learning attitude scores,assessment scores,and comprehensive ability scores were compared between the two groups.Results The learning attitude scores,assessment scores,and comprehensive ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion In obstetrics and gynecology internship,the application of CP combined with TBL teaching method can adjust the learning attitude of interns,make them proficient in theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and also culti-vate their comprehensive abilities.
