Application Value Evaluation of PBL Teaching Mode in Respiratory Medi-cine Internship
Objective Objective to evaluate the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)in the probation of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 56 trainee students in the respiratory Department of Yongzhou Central Hos-pital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the internship time.Twenty-eight the trainee students from January to December 2022 were included in the reference group)to carry out traditional teaching mode.Twenty-eight trainee students from January to December 2023 were included in the observation group to carry out PBL teaching mode.The results of probation assessment and teaching satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the results of basic knowl-edge,practical operation,clinical diagnosis and medical record writing in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching for interns in respiratory medicine,carrying out PBL teaching mode can enrich stu-dents'basic knowledge,improve the teaching satisfaction rate.
