Application of CBL+PBL+SP in the Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecol-ogy
Objective The diversified teaching model of case-based learning(CBL)+problem-based learning(PBL)+standardized patients(SP)was applied to the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,and analyzed the application ef-fect of this model.Methods A total of 60 interns who received clinical practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology Depart-ment of Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from July 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was given the diversified teaching mode of CBL+PBL+SP.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of teaching mode,combination of theory and practice,professional identity,teamwork,interpersonal communication,clinical analysis and problem solving,independent learning,litera-ture retrieval and application and total scores in the self-evaluation results of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the diversified teaching mode of CBL+PBL+SP in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can significantly improve the theoretical performance and skill operation of interns,and the teaching effect is significant,and the satisfaction of interns is high.
