Application effect analysis of PDCA cycle teaching method in respiratory medicine clinical teaching
Objective To study and analyze the implementation effect and application value of PDCA cycle teaching method in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 70 interns in the respiratory department of Changsha First Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=38)by random number table method.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods from January to December 2021,while the observation group was taught by PDCA cycle teaching method from January to December 2022.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The scores of autonomous learning ability and learning attitude scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching satis-faction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine,PDCA circulation teaching method can effectively guarantee the teaching quality and improve the professional ability of interns.
