The Application Effect of Three-dimensional Management Model in Hospi-tal Medical Equipment Management
Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional management model in hospital medical equipment management.Methods 150 medical equipment and 20 equipment managers in the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang from January to December 2022 were included in the control group,using the conventional manage-ment model.The hospital's 150 medical equipment and 20 equipment managers from January to December 2023 were included in the research group,and the three-dimensional management model was implemented.Compare the man-agement effects,management quality,equipment failure rate and management satisfaction between the two groups.Re-sults The management effect,management quality,equipment failure rate and management satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion The use of the three-dimensional management model in the hospital medical equipment management process can improve the overall effectiveness and quality of medical equipment management,reduce the incidence of equip-ment failures,and improve the management satisfaction of managers.
