摘要
医学人文建设对于医学教育、医疗实践和医疗体系的发展具有深远影响,有利于提高医务人员的综合素养,改善医患关系,提高医疗质量.本文指出当前医学人文建设中存在着教育体系的缺失、时间和资源的限制、角色冲突和伦理困境、文化差异和跨文化交流、观念转变和社会认可等挑战,并从教育改革、专业标准与评估、培训与培养、跨学科合作几个方面提出推进医学人文建设的策略和措施.
Abstract
The construction of medical humanities has a profound impact on the development of medical education,medical practice and medical system,which is conducive to improving the comprehensive literacy of medical person-nel,improving the relationship between doctors and patients,and improving the quality of medical treatment.This pa-per points out that there are challenges in the construction of medical humanities,such as lack of education system,limitation of time and resources,role conflicts and ethical dilemmas,cultural differences and cross-cultural communi-cation,concept changes and social recognition,and puts forward strategies and measures to promote the construction of medical humanities from the aspects of education reform,professional standards and evaluation,training and culti-vation,and interdisciplinary cooperation.
