摘要
随着我国医疗卫生事业的持续发展,药事管理的内涵亦发生了一定的转变,因人员素质、理念、管理等层面的影响,现阶段医院的药事管理尚存在较多的缺陷,如管理制度的不足、观念意识落后、专业药学技术人员的缺乏、药品存放管理不规范、医院管理层缺乏重视,基于此本文提出重视医院药事管理工作、完善管理制度、提高工作人员专业素质、提升服务质量、加强药师与医师的联系、加强对药物不良反应的监测的改进措施,以进一步保障患者用药安全、促进意义可持续发展.
Abstract
With the continuous development of China's medical and health undertakings,the connotation of pharma-ceutical management has also undergone certain changes.Due to the influence of personnel quality,concept,manage-ment and other aspects,there are still many defects in the pharmaceutical management of hospitals at this stage.Such as inadequate management system,backward concept and consciousness,lack of professional pharmaceutical techni-cians,non-standard drug storage management,and lack of attention from hospital management,based on this,this pa-per proposes improvement measures to attach importance to hospital pharmaceutical management,improve manage-ment system,improve professional quality of staff,enhance service quality,strengthen the contact between pharma-cists and physicians,and strengthen monitoring of adverse drug reactions.In order to further ensure the safety of drug use for patients and promote the sustainable development of significance.
