Abstract
The PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle is a continuous improvement management method that is widely used in various fields,including the management of psychotropic drugs in pharmaceutical departments.The PDCA cycle is used to improve the efficiency and quality of drug administration in the management of psychotropic drugs.This paper will introduce the application progress of PDCA cycle in the management of psychotropic drugs in pharma-ceutical department.
