In order to seize the major opportunities for the development of artificial intelligence,The State Council is-sued the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Development Plan as early as 2017,which clearly proposed to ex-plore the construction of smart hospitals.In 2020,the General Office of the National Health Commission clearly pro-posed the construction of a smart hospital system integrating medical treatment,service and management.Based on the relevant documents of the General Office of the National Health Commission.This paper combined with the spe-cific practice methods of various hospitals and difficulties encountered in practice,the construction of smart hospitals was discussed.From the three dimensions of intelligent service,intelligent management and electronic medical record,the author analyzes and thinks about the problems and sorts out the problems,and predicts the development trend of intelligent hospital.
