摘要
城市医疗集团旨在改善城市地区的医疗服务质量、效率和可及性.南宁市第二人民医院医疗集团以"低投入、惠民生"为核心,通过乘集团建设之势、除基层发展之碍、加资源共享之利、减群众就医负担的四则运算改革举措建设延安镇卫生院的实践,最终取得群众、职工、社会三方满意的良好效果,打造了可持续可复制的"延安模式",为医疗集团管理基层医疗机构创新模式提供新思路.
Abstract
Urban Medical Group aims to improve the quality,efficiency and accessibility of medical services in urban areas.Nanning Second People's Hospital Medical Group takes"low investment and benefiting people's livelihood"as its core.The practice of building Yan'an Town Health Center through the four operational reform measures of taking advantage of the momentum of group construction,removing obstacles to grassroots development,increasing the ben-efits of resource sharing,and reducing the burden of medical treatment on the masses.In the end,good results were achieved that satisfied the masses,employees,and society,and a sustainable and replicable"Yan'an Model"was cre-ated,providing new ideas for medical groups to manage innovative models of primary medical institutions.
