Evaluation of the Effect of Self-made Breast Mass Model Training Method in the Practical Teaching of Ultrasound Guidewire Localization and Punc-ture
Objective To investigate the application effect of self-made breast mass puncture model in clinical ultra-sound intervention teaching.Methods Fifty regular trainees majoring in ultrasound Imaging and Rehabilitation Medi-cine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into study group and control group according to different training time,with 25 participants in each group.The training time of the control group was from January to December 2021.The training period of the research group is from January to December 2022.In the control group,the students were trained by traditional teaching method:classroom theoretical teaching combined with high-strength agar breast teach-ing model.In the study group,the students will be trained on the basis of classroom theoretical teaching combined with hands-on training on the self-made breast mass model.At the end of the study,the two groups of trainees were assessed in theory and practice,as well as a survey on their satisfaction with the study,and the results of the control group and the study group were compared.Results Compared with the theoretical assessment results of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operational assessment scores of the training stu-dents in the study group were significantly higher than those of the students in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the regulation students in the study group in all aspects of enhanc-ing operational skills,stimulating theoretical interest,and enriching teaching content had higher satisfaction and were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion The self-made breast mass puncture model can enable students to better apply ultrasound interventional tech-niques to future clinical operations,and effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching for teachers and the level of ultrasound puncture for students.
