The Application of"Shrinking Circle+Three-level Clue"Thinking in Ob-stetrics and Gynecology Teaching Practice
Objective To explore the application effect of"shrinking circle+three-level clue"thinking in obstetrics and gynecology teaching practice.Methods Sixty undergraduates of the Third Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the study subjects during the period of January 2021-December 2022,and they were grouped according to their grades,with 30 undergraduates enrolled in the grade of 2021 as the control group and 30 undergraduates enrolled in the grade of 2022 as the observation group.The control group adopts conventional teaching methods,while the observation group adopts the teaching method of"shrinking circle+three-level clue"thinking.Compare the assessment scores,critical thinking ability and satisfaction of the two groups.Results Com-pared with the control group,the assessment scores of the observation group were better,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group had higher critical thinking skills scores,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Satisfaction scores of teaching were higher in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the"shrinking circle+three-level clue"thinking teaching mode to the teaching practice of obstetrics and gynecology can better improve the under-graduate students'performance in the professional assessment,enhance their critical thinking ability,and the under-graduate students'satisfaction with the teaching mode is higher.
