Application Effect of Clinical Pathway Teaching Model in Pediatric Resi-dent Standardized Training in General Hospital
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway teaching in pediatric resident Standardized training in general hospital.Methods Ten resident doctors who received standardized training in Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.The control group received routine teaching from January 2019 to June 2021,and the observation group received clinical pathway teaching from July 2021 to October 2023.Test scores,teaching satisfaction and complaints were compared between the two groups.Results The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).No complaint occurred in the observation group,and 1 complaint oc-curred in the control group.Conclusion The development of clinical pathway teaching mode has improved the ability of pediatric residents in general hospitals in all aspects,reduced the complaint rate of family members,and increased the satisfaction of physicians with teaching,with remarkable results.
