临床路径教学模式在综合医院儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果

目的 分析临床路径教学在综合医院儿科住院医师规范化培训中的效果.方法 选取2019年1月—2023年10月永州市中心医院行规范化培训的10名住院医师为研究对象,2019年1月—2021年6月对照组行常规教学,2021年7月—2023年10月观察组行临床路径教学.比较两组住院医师的考试成绩、对教学的满意度以及投诉事件发生情况.结果 观察组的考试分数和教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组未发生投诉事件,对照组发生1起投诉事件.结论 临床路径教学模式的开展,使综合医院儿科住院医师的各方面能力得到提高,减少了投诉率,提高了医师对教学的满意度,效果显著.
Application Effect of Clinical Pathway Teaching Model in Pediatric Resi-dent Standardized Training in General Hospital
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway teaching in pediatric resident Standardized training in general hospital.Methods Ten resident doctors who received standardized training in Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.The control group received routine teaching from January 2019 to June 2021,and the observation group received clinical pathway teaching from July 2021 to October 2023.Test scores,teaching satisfaction and complaints were compared between the two groups.Results The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).No complaint occurred in the observation group,and 1 complaint oc-curred in the control group.Conclusion The development of clinical pathway teaching mode has improved the ability of pediatric residents in general hospitals in all aspects,reduced the complaint rate of family members,and increased the satisfaction of physicians with teaching,with remarkable results.
