摘要
目的 分析PDCA循环管理在医疗器械不良事件管理中应用的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月赤峰市松山区妇幼保健院21名医疗器械管理工作人员为研究对象,2022年1-12月实施常规管理,共589台件器械,设为常规组;2023年1-12月实施PDCA循环管理,共616台件器械,设为研究组.两组为同一批工作人员.比较两组工作人员工作质量评分、器械不良事件发生率、器械清洗和消毒的合格率.结果 研究组工作质量各项评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组各种器械不良事件发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组器械清洗和消毒合格率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在医疗器械管理中PDCA循环管理模式的应用能有效提升器械管理质量,降低不良事件发生率,提升器械清洗和消毒的合格率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management in medical device adverse event management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,twenty-one medical device management staff in Chifeng Songshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,routine management was implemented,and a total of five hundred and eighty-nine devices were set as the routine group.From January to December 2023,the PDCA cycle management was implemented,and a total of six hundred and sixteen devices were set as study groups.The two groups comprised the same staff.The work quality score,the in-cidence of adverse events and the qualification rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of work quality in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection in the study group was higher than that in the routine group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management mode in medical device man-agement can effectively improve the quality of device management,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and im-prove the qualification rate of device cleaning and disinfection.
