摘要
药学专业实习是提升医药人才实践能力的关键.本文旨在研究药学专业实习模式的有效实施方法和步骤,通过明确实习目标、制订详细计划、准备资源等步骤,确保实习质量.在实习过程中,实习生将接受安全教育、实践操作技能和行业法规培训,并在带教老师的指导下进行实践操作,通过定期检查、评估和反馈,及时发现问题并采取相应措施进行改进.科学合理的药学专业医院实习模式有助于提高实习生的实践操作能力和职业素养,为医药行业培养优秀人才.
Abstract
Pharmacy professional internship is the key to improve the practical ability of pharmaceutical talents.The purpose of this paper is to study the effective implementation methods and steps of pharmacy professional internship model,and to ensure the quality of internship by clarifying the internship objectives,making detailed plans,preparing resources and other steps.During the internship process,interns will receive safety education,practical operation skills and industry regulations training,and practice under the guidance of the lead teacher,and through regular in-spection,evaluation and feedback,problems will be found in time and corresponding measures will be taken for im-provement.The scientific and reasonable hospital internship model for pharmacy professional helps to improve the practical operation ability and professionalism of interns,and cultivate excellent talents for the pharmaceutical indus-try.
