Exchange of Experience on the Integration of Scientific Research Manage-ment and Talent Training to Help the Development of a City's Top Three General Hospital
Strengthening scientific and technological innovation and activating talent innovation ability are the strong driving forces for the sustained and stable development of China's third class A comprehensive public hospitals.By sharing the experience of scientific research management in a municipal Grade three general hospital,this paper sum-marized the key areas of hospital scientific research management,including system construction,scientific research platform construction,personnel training and other aspects,so as to achieve a steady increase in scientific research achievements.Thus,it demonstrated the importance of effective and standardized scientific research management and personnel training for the improvement of hospital scientific research level and disciplined construction and develop-ment,and played an indispensable role in promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.
