持续质量改进在医院卫生管理中的应用效果

目的 观察医院卫生管理实施持续质量改进干预的效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月昌乐齐城中医院的40名医务人员,分为观察组(2022年1-12月,实施持续质量改进干预)和对照组(2021年1-12月,实施常规干预措施).对管理满意度、医务人员管理手卫生执行情况、管理质量评分等观察指标实施分析.结果 观察组管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员手卫生执行情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 持续质量改进措施,医务人员对卫生管理更加满意,且医务人员手卫生明显改善,管理质量得到全面的提升.
Effectiveness of the Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Hospital Hygiene Management
Objective To observe the effect of implementing continuous quality improvement intervention in hospital hygiene management.Methods Forty medical staff of Changle Qicheng Hospital of Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2021 to December 2022 and divided into an observation group(from January to December 2022,imple-mentation of continuous quality improvement interventions)and a control group(from January to December 2021,implementation of routine interventions).Observational indicators such as management satisfaction,medical staff man-agement hand hygiene implementation,and management quality score were implemented and analyzed.Results The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);The hand hygiene performance of medical staff in observation group was better than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management quality score of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With continuous quality improvement measures,the medical staff were more satisfied with the hygiene management,hand hygiene of medical staff significantly improved and management quality was comprehensively en-hanced.
