Construction and Implementation Effectiveness of Public Health Manage-ment Programs in Infectious Disease Prevention Management
Objective To analyze the construction and implementation effect of public health management program in infectious disease prevention management.Methods Twenty-five infectious disease prevention and control staff in the prevention center of Weihai Wendeng District Hospital of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Routine management was implemented from Janu-ary to December 2022,and public health management was implemented from January to December 2023,and both groups were the same group of staff,and the data related to the prevention and control staff in both groups were ana-lyzed.Results The scores of infectious disease early warning,infectious disease control,infectious disease education,and infectious disease handling ability of the staff in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of dietary precautions,general knowledge of diseases,self-care measures,and somatic health of the staff in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Through the construction and implementation of the public health management program,the staff demonstrated a higher level of competence and knowledge in infectious disease early warning,infectious disease control,infectious disease education,infectious dis-ease management ability,and personal health.
