The Role of Clinical Nursing Protection in Respiratory Medicine Nursing Management
Objective To analyze the application value of implementing clinical nursing protection in respiratory medicine nursing management process.Methods Twelve nursing staff of the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Guangzhou Twelfth People's Hospital and Junhe Street Community Health Service Center were selected from January to December 2023.Routine nursing management was implemented form January to June 2023 and included in the con-trol group,and clinical nursing protection respiratory medicine nursing management was implemented from July to De-cember 2023 and included in the analysis group.The two groups were compared in terms of quality of care scores(nursing safety scores,nursing service attitude scores),nursing staff management satisfaction,nursing risks,and nurs-ing error events.Results The nursing safety and nursing service attitude scores of the analysis group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing management satisfaction of the analysis group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).No nursing risk events or nursing error events occurred in the analysis group.In the control group,no nursing risk events occurred,and one nursing error event occurred.Conclusion The combination of clinical nursing protection in the respiratory medicine nursing management process can improve the nursing safety of nursing staff and improve the quality of nursing care.
