风险管理在内科中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 分析风险管理在内科中的应用价值.方法 选取枣庄市峄城区阴平镇中心卫生院内科8名医务人员为研究对象,2022年6-12月采用常规管理为实施前,2023年1-6月采用风险管理为实施后.比较风险管理实施前后医务人员的内科风险知识掌握程度、风险评分及满意度.结果 风险管理实施后,医务人员的内科风险知识掌握程度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).风险管理实施后,医务人员的风险评分、满意度评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 风险管理在内科管理中具有显著的价值,不仅可以改善并提升内科医务人员内科风险知识掌握程度和风险意识,还可以提高医务人员满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in internal medicine.Methods Eight medical staff of the Department of Internal Medicine in Zaozhuang Yicheng District Yinping Town Center Health Hos-pital were selected as the study subjects,and routine management was used from June to December 2022 as the pre-implementation period,and risk management was used from January to June 2023 as the post-implementation period.The medical staff's knowledge of internal medicine risks,risk scores,and satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of risk management.Results After the implementation of risk management,the medical staff's knowledge of internal medicine risks was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of risk management,the risk scores and satisfaction scores of the medical staff were higher than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management has significant value in the management of internal medicine,which can not only improve and enhance the degree of internal medicine risk knowledge and risk awareness of medical staff in internal medicine,but also increase the satisfaction of medical staff.
