摘要
目的 分析智能信息化管理在麻醉科麻精药品管理中的应用价值.方法 选取滕州市中心人民医院于2021年1月—2022年12月在麻醉科工作的12名工作人员为研究对象,2021年1-12月采用常规管理(实施前),2022年1-12月实施麻精药品智能信息化管理(实施后),对比智能信息化管理实施前后领药时间、还药时间、药品收费时间、药品废弃率、差错发生率情况.结果 实施后,领药时间、还药时间、药品收费时间均较实施前缩短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后,药品废弃率、差错发生率均显著较实施前降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在麻醉科麻精药品管理中实施智能信息化管理,能够有效提高麻醉科工作效率,降低麻精药品使用差错率,促进麻醉科麻精药品使用规范、高效.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of intelligent information management in anesthetic drug man-agement in department of anesthesiology.Methods Twelve staff members working in the Department of Anesthesiol-ogy in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.From January to December 2021,conventional management was adopted(before implementation),and from January to December 2022,intelligent information management of anesthetic drug was implemented(after implementation).The drug receiving time,drug returning time,drug charging time,drug waste rate and error rate before and after the imple-mentation of intelligent information management were compared.Results After the implementation,the time of receiv-ing medicine,the time of returning medicine and the time of charging medicine were shortened compared with that be-fore the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After implementation,drug abandonment rate and error rate were significantly lower than before implementation,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of intelligent information management in anesthetic drug management can effectively improve the work efficiency of anesthesiology department,reduce the use error rate of anesthesiology drugs,and promote the standardized and efficient use of anesthetic drugs.
