Methods and Application Value of Disinfection Control of Infectious Dis-eases in Public Health Management
Objective To discuss the disinfection control method of infectious diseases in public health management and its application value.Methods A total of one hundred staff in Juxian Center for Disease Control and Prevention from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.From June 2021 to May 2022,the traditional health management program was implemented as the control group.From June 2022 to June 2023,the disinfection control method of infectious diseases was strengthened to the observation group.Both groups were the same staff.The work quality and management satisfaction of the two groups of staff were analyzed.Results The examination scores of the staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of staff in observation group was 99.0%,higher than 93.0%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of infectious disease disin-fection control measures,improving the related health facilities in the department and strengthening training can not only improve the work quality of staff,but also improve the satisfaction of staff on the management mode.
