Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement on Nursing Quality and Nurs-ing Staff Management Satisfaction in Gastroenterology Department

摘要
目的 探究持续质量改进(Continuous Quality Improvement,CQI)护理管理模式对消化内科护理质量及护理人员管理满意度的影响.方法 选取2023年2-9月衡阳市中医医院任职的13名护理人员作为研究对象,根据时间不同分管理前、管理后.管理前时间为2023年2-5月,实施传统护理管理;管理后时间为2023年6-9月,实施CQI护理管理.对比管理前后护理人员的护理质量评分、护理管理满意度评分、工作绩效量表评分.结果 管理后,护理人员护理质量得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员的管理满意度为100.00%,高于管理前的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员的工作绩效得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 消化内科实施CQI护理管理,能够提高管理满意度与护理质量,增强护理人员的工作绩效.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI)nursing management mode on the quality of gastroenterology nursing and nursing staff management satisfaction.Methods Thirteen nurses in Heng-yang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to September 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects,and they were divided into pre-management and post-management according to different time.The pre-management time was from February to May 2023,and traditional nursing management was implemented.The post-management time was from June to September 2023,and CQI nursing management was implemented.The nursing quality score,nursing management satisfaction score and job performance scale score of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results After management,the scores of nursing quality were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of nursing staff was 100.00%,higher than 84.62%before management,the difference the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various job performance of nursing staff were higher than those before management,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CQI nursing management in gastroen-terology department can improve management satisfaction and nursing quality,and enhance the work performance of nursing staff.
