摘要
目的 分析风险管理在胃肠外科中的实施效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东省枣庄市立医院胃肠外科的20名医务人员为研究对象,2021年1-12月(实施前)采用常规管理,2022年1-12月(实施后)采用风险管理.比较实施前后工作质量、医疗纠纷发生情况、满意度情况.结果 风险管理实施后,医务人员工作质量评分显著较实施前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).风险管理实施前共发生5起医疗纠纷,实施后共发生1起医疗纠纷.风险管理实施后,医务人员对管理模式的满意度为100.00%,高于实施前的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在胃肠外科管理中实施风险管理,能够有效提高胃肠外科医务人员工作质量,减少医疗纠纷的发生,提高医务人员的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Twenty medical staff of gastrointestinal surgery department of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research object.Routine management was adopted from January to December 2021(before implementation),and risk management was adopted from January to December 2022(after implementa-tion).The quality of work,occurrence of medical disputes and satisfaction were compared before and after implementa-tion.Results After the implementation of risk management,the work quality score of medical staff was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 5 medical disputes before the implementation of risk management,and 1 medical dispute after the implementation.After the implementation of risk management,the satisfaction of medical staff to the management mode was 100.00%,higher than 75.00%before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in the management of gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve the quality of gastrointestinal surgery medical staff,reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,and improve the satisfac-tion of medical staff.
