Application Effect of Safety Culture Concept in Nursing Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Objective To analyze the application effect of safety culture concept in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,40 nurses from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Hunan Brain Hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine nursing management was carried out from January to December 2022,and twenty nurses were selected as the comparison group.From January to De-cember 2023,safety culture concept management was carried out,and twenty nurses were selected as the observation group at this time.The quality of nursing management and the occurrence of disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of nursing management in observation group was higher than that in comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No dispute occurred in the observation group,and 1 dispute oc-curred in the control group.Conclusion Both routine nursing management and safety culture concept management can play a certain role in nursing management for obstetrics and gynecology nurses,but the latter can improve the quality of nursing management and prevent the occurrence of disputes.
