Influence of Supply Process Optimization Management on the Quality of Cleaning,Disinfection and Packaging of Instruments in Disinfection Sup-ply Center
Objective To explore the effect of supply process optimization management on improving the packaging quality of cleaning disinfectant for instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods Ten staff members from the Disinfection Supply Center of Shizhong District People's Hospital of Jinan City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The period from January 2021 to June 2022 was recorded as the reference group and the period from July 2022 to December 2023 was recorded as the study group.Referring to the general manage-ment approach of the group,the study group added supply process optimization management.The two groups were compared in terms of qualified operation,unqualified equipment,work quality and work satisfaction of staff.Results The qualification rates of sterilization,washing,packaging and distribution in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of device missing,label error,packaging error and expiration date error in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of work enthusiasm,work responsibility,pro-fessional knowledge and skill operation of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The service attitude,demand satisfaction,device quality and satis-faction scores of the staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Supply process optimization management can improve the qualified rate of disinfection supply,reduce the unqualified rate of equipment,and improve the work quality and job satisfaction of staff.
