Analyzing the Effects of Detail Management in Nursing Management of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services
Objective To analyze the work characteristics of the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)and evaluate the effect of implementing detail management in nursing management to further optimize the nursing management of the PIVAS.Methods Seventeen nursing staff from the pharmacy intravenous admixture services of Chifeng Hospital from January to October 2022 and January to October 2023 were selected as the control group and the observation group of this study,respectively,during which no work changes occurred in the researchers.Routine management was performed in the control group and detailed management was performed in the observation group.The business ability assessment,adverse events and satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Re-sults The total compliance rate of business ability assessment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in the observation group,and 1 case of unreasonable prescription,specification error,preparation error and dosage form error occurred in the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of detail management in the nursing management of pharmacy intravenous admixture services,the overall management effect is remarkable,effectively improve the nursing staff's business ability,reduce the risk of adverse events,the overall satisfaction is high.
