The Application Value and Path of Hospital Human Resource Manage-ment Incentive Mechanisms
Objective To analyze the application value of hospital human resource management incentive mechanism.Methods Seventy-five medical staff of Qingdao Municipal Hospital were selected as the research subjects from Janu-ary 2020 to March 2022 and grouped according to the time sequence.From January 2020 to January 2021 implemen-tation of traditional human resource management set as a control group,from February 2021 to March 2022 implemen-tation of human resource management incentive mechanism set as an observation group,medical staff are the same batch,to analyze the two groups of medical staff work level situation as well as work attitude.Results The observation group medical staff's basic knowledge level test and skill knowledge assessment test scores were higher,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The work attitude score of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementa-tion of incentive mechanism in human resource management can effectively improve the work level of medical staff,and also enhance the medical staff's work attitude positivity,so as to provide better quality medical services for the hospital.
