医院人力资源管理激励机制的应用价值与路径

目的 分析医院人力资源管理激励机制的应用价值.方法 选择2020年1月—2022年3月青岛市市立医院75名医务人员为研究对象,根据时间先后进行分组,2020年1月—2021年1月实施传统人力资源管理设定为对照组,2021年2月—2022年3月实施人力资源管理激励机制设定为观察组,医务人员均为同一批,分析两组医务人员工作水平情况以及工作态度.结果 观察组医务人员的基础知识水平测试以及技能知识考核测试得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组医务人员的工作态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 人力资源管理中实施激励机制,可有效提高医务人员的工作水平,还能提升医务人员的工作态度积极性,从而为医院提供更优质的医疗服务.
The Application Value and Path of Hospital Human Resource Manage-ment Incentive Mechanisms
Objective To analyze the application value of hospital human resource management incentive mechanism.Methods Seventy-five medical staff of Qingdao Municipal Hospital were selected as the research subjects from Janu-ary 2020 to March 2022 and grouped according to the time sequence.From January 2020 to January 2021 implemen-tation of traditional human resource management set as a control group,from February 2021 to March 2022 implemen-tation of human resource management incentive mechanism set as an observation group,medical staff are the same batch,to analyze the two groups of medical staff work level situation as well as work attitude.Results The observation group medical staff's basic knowledge level test and skill knowledge assessment test scores were higher,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The work attitude score of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementa-tion of incentive mechanism in human resource management can effectively improve the work level of medical staff,and also enhance the medical staff's work attitude positivity,so as to provide better quality medical services for the hospital.
