摘要
目的 调查医护人员手卫生干预、医院感染管理中戴明环(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)的应用价值.方法 选择2022年1-10月淄博市博山区计划生育服务中心区妇幼保健院医院60名医护人员,实施常规管理,设为对照组,选取2023年1-10月本院60名医护人员,实施PDCA循环管理,设为观察组.比较两组管理效果.结果 观察组医护人员手卫生依从率、洗手正确率、手卫生执行率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组医院感染率低于对照组,管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 PDCA管理能维持医护人员较高手卫生依从性,可提升管理质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of Deming circle(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)in hand hygiene intervention and hospital infection management among healthcare workers.Methods Selected 60 healthcare workers in Zibo Boshan District Family Planning Service Center District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Janu-ary to October 2022 to implemented routine management,set up as a control group,and selected 60 healthcare workers in our hospital from January to October 2023 to implemented PDCA cycle management,set up as an observation group.Compared the management effect of the two groups.Results The hand hygiene compliance rate,the correct hand wash-ing rate,and the hand hygiene implementation rate of healthcare workers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The hospital infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the management quality score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA management can maintain better hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers and can improve the quality of management.
