摘要
目的 探讨OEC模式在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1-12月安陆市普爱医院消化内科的40名护理人员,按管理方案的不同进行分组,每组20名.以常规护理管理为对照组,OEC模式护理管理为观察组.比较两组护理人员满意度、护理管理质量.结果 观察组护理人员满意度、护理管理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 OEC模式护理管理用于消化内科临床护理效果确切,可有效提高护理管理质量和护理人员满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of OEC model in nursing management of the Department of Gastroenterology.Methods Forty nursing staff from the Department of Gastroenterology of Anlu Puai Hospital were se-lected from January to December 2022 and grouped according to the different management programs,with 20 in each group.Conventional nursing management was used as the control group,and OEC model nursing management was used as the observation group.Compared the satisfaction of nursing staff and the quality of nursing management in the two groups.Results The nursing staff satisfaction and nursing management quality of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion OEC model nursing management for gastroenterology department clinical nursing effect is accurate,can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and nursing staff satisfaction.
