目的 分析戴明环(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)循环法在医院公共卫生管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月济宁市皮肤病防治院的40名医护人员为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各20名,分别采取常规管理和PDCA循环法管理.比较两组管理效果.结果 观察组管理质量评分、季度考核成绩、管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 PDCA循环法用于医院公共卫生管理工作可以提高医护人员的管理质量及对管理的满意度.
Application of PDCA Cycle Method in Hospital Public Health Management
Objective To analyze the application effect of Deming circle(Plan Do Check Action,PDCA)cycle method in hospital public health management.Methods Forty healthcare workers from Jining Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the con-trol group and observation group,each with 20 members,according to the method of random number table,and were managed by conventional management and PDCA cycle method respectively.Compared the management effect of the two groups.Results The observation group's management quality score,quarterly assessment score,and management satisfaction were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle method used in hospital public health management can improve the management quality of healthcare workers and satisfaction with management.
