精准管理模式在预检分诊中的应用

目的 探讨精准管理模式在预检分诊中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年6月—2023年5月潍坊市坊子区人民医院预检分诊工作的38名医生为研究对象,其中2021年6月—2022年5月采用常规方法管理(对照组),2022年6月—2023年5月联合精准管理模式(观察组).38名医生均全程参与研究,每组各选择预检分诊患者382例,比较两组预检分诊质量水平、候诊等待时间、分诊考核合格率及满意度.结果 观察组的医生问诊、就诊流程、人文关怀、医生专业水平及医生沟通技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的患者等待就诊、等待复诊、抽血检查、影像检查及等待报告时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组分诊考核合格率及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 精准管理模式用于预检分诊中,有助于提高预检分诊质量水平,缩短等待时间,提高分诊考核合格率和满意度.
Application of Precise Management Model in Pre-test Triage
Objective To explore the application effect of precise management mode in pre-test triage.Methods Thirty-eight doctors working in the pre-test triage of Weifang Fangzi District People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects.Among them,form June 2021 to May 2022 were managed by conventional methods(control group),and from June 2022 to May 2023 were combined with precise management mode(observation group).All 38 doctors participated in the whole study,and 382 pre-screening triage patients were selected from each group,compared the quality level of pre-screening and triage,waiting time for waiting time,passing rate of triage as-sessment,and satisfaction between the two groups.Results The scores of doctors'consultation,consultation process,humanistic care,doctors'professionalism and doctors'communication skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Patients'waiting time for con-sultation,waiting time for follow-up consultation,blood test,imaging test and waiting time for report were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pass rate and satisfaction of the observation group's diagnostic examination were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Precise management mode used in pre-test triage can help to improve the quality level of pre-test triage,shorten the waiting time,and improve the pass-ing rate and satisfaction of triage examination.
