Research on Application of Performance Appraisal in the Nursing Manage-ment of Emergency Department
Objective To observe the application effect of performance appraisal in emergency department nursing management.Methods Nine nurses from the emergency department of Xuan'en County People's Hospital from Janu-ary 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to December 2022,the conven-tional management plan was implemented as the control group.From January 2023 to December 2023,it was managed with performance appraisal as observation group.The work quality and nursing management satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups.Results The work quality and satisfaction of nursing management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion In the nursing management of emergency department,the use of performance assessment on the basis of rou-tine management can optimize the quality of nursing staff's work and improve their satisfaction with nursing manage-ment methods.
