能级量化绩效考核在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用效果

目的 观察能级量化绩效考核在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月在湖北省钟祥市中医院呼吸内科工作的22名护理人员为研究对象.将2022年1-12月作为实施前,将2023年1-12月作为实施后.实施前对护理人员进行常规护理管理,实施后对护理人员在常规护理管理的基础上实施能级量化绩效考核.对比实施前后的护理质量、管理方法的满意度、护理不良事件.结果 实施后护理人员的文件管理、病区环境、健康教育、护理技能、工作态度、责任感评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).实施后护理人员对管理方法的总满意率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实施后护理差错、护患纠纷、护理投诉的发生情况优于实施前.结论 能级量化绩效考核在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用可以提高护理质量,减少护理不良事件的发生,护理人员的满意度更高.
Application Effect of Energy Level Quantification Performance Assess-ment in Nursing Management of Respiratory Medicine
Objective To observe the application effect of energy level quantification performance assessment in nurs-ing management of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of twenty-two nurses working in the respiratory medicine department of Zhongxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province from January 2022 to Decem-ber 2023 were selected as the study objects.The period from January to December 2022 was regarded as the pre-implementation period,and the period from January to December 2023 was regarded as the post-implementation pe-riod.Before the implementation of routine nursing management for nursing staff,after the implementation of the imple-mentation of energy level quantification performance assessment on the basis of routine nursing management.Nursing quality,satisfaction with management methods and adverse nursing events were compared before and after implemen-tation.Results The scores of document management,ward environment,health education,nursing skills,working atti-tude and sense of responsibility of nursing staff after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing staff to the manage-ment method after implementation was higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The occrrence of nursing errors,nurse-patient disputes and nursing complaints after implementa-tion were better than that before implementation.Conclusion The application of energy level quantified performance assessment in respiratory nursing management can improve nursing quality,reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,and increase nursing staff satisfaction.
