信息化建设赋能医院6S精益化管理的路径研究

摘要
深圳市龙岗区人民医院自2018年启动医院6S精益化管理项目,拉开了医院精益化管理变革的序幕,在促进医院精益管理强内涵中发挥了积极作用.然而,医院精益管理的信息化水平相对滞后的问题愈加凸显.本文提出一套行之有效的信息化赋能医院精益管理方案,旨在通过信息化建设与医院精益化管理的深度融合应用,重塑医院精益管理的强大动力引擎,有效提升医院核心竞争力.
Abstract
Shenzhen Longgang District People's Hospital launched the 6S lean management project in 2018,which kicked off the lean management reform of the hospital and played a positive role in promoting the strong connotation of lean management in the hospital.However,the informatization level of lean management in hospitals is lagging be-hind.This paper proposed a set of effective information-based lean management scheme for hospitals,aiming to re-build the powerful engine of lean management in hospitals and effectively enhance the core competitiveness of hospi-tals through the deep integration of information construction and lean management in hospitals.
