Analysis of the Effectiveness of Standardized Patient Joint Case-based Learning in Clinical Gynecology Internship Teaching
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized patient joint case-based learning in clinical gynecology internship teaching.Methods Seventy interns in the Department of Clinical Gynecology of Luotian County People's Hospital were selected from October 2021 to October 2023,and were divided into a control group(35 interns)and a study group(35 interns)according to the order of internship.The control group was taught in the conventional teach-ing mode,and the study group was taught in the standardized patient joint case-based learning mode.Compared the learning and satisfaction of interns in the two groups.Results The independent learning ability score,discharge assess-ment score,and teaching method satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical gynecology internship teaching,the use of standardized patient joint case-based learning mode for teaching can significantly improve the interns'inde-pendent learning ability,learning performance and satisfaction with the teaching method.
