摘要

目的 分析基于影像归档和通信系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)网络数据库结合微课在妇产科超声诊断学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1-6月在新疆石河子大学第一附属医院超声医学科实习的32名医学影像学专业本科生纳入传统教学组,选取2020年7-12月在本院实习的32名医学影像学专业本科生纳入PACS系统+微课组.比较两组学生考试成绩、评判性思维能力及教学满意度.结果 PACS系统+微课组学生考试成绩、评判性思维能力评分、教学满意度高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 基于PACS系统网络数据库结合微课在妇产科超声诊断学教学中应用,可提高学生考试成绩及批判思维能力,提升教学质量,利于提高学生对教学的满意度.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of picture archiving and communication system(PACS)-based network database combined with microlecture in the teaching of diagnostic ultrasonography in obstetrics and gy-necology.Methods Thirty-two undergraduate medical imaging students who were interned in the Department of Ultra-sonography in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Shihezi University from January to June 2020 were selected to be included in the traditional teaching group.Thirty-two undergraduate medical imaging students who were interned in our hospital from July to December 2020 were selected to be included in the PACS system+microlecture group.Exam scores,critical thinking skills and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The stu-dents'examination scores,critical thinking ability scores,and teaching satisfaction in the PACS system+microlecture group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PACS system-based network database combined with microlecture in the teach-ing of diagnostic ultrasonography in obstetrics and gynecology can improve students'examination results and critical thinking ability,enhance the quality of teaching,and facilitate the improvement of students'satisfaction with teaching.
