Analysis of the Effectiveness of Using Target Management Teaching Model in Pharmacy Professional Interns
Objective To analyze the effect of using the target management teaching model in pharmacy professional interns.Methods Twenty-seven pharmacy professional interns received by Hengyang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects to carry out the conventional teaching mode and were set as the reference group.The 27 pharmacy professional interns received by the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects to carry out the target management teaching mode,and were set as the analysis group.Compared the two groups of pharmacy professional assessment results,teaching quality.Results The scores of the pharmacy professional assessment in the analysis group were higher than those of the reference group,and the quality of teaching was better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The target management teaching model used in the teaching of pharmacy professional interns can improve the professional quality of interns in pharmacy and enhance the quality of teaching.
