Application Effect of Problem-based Learning Teaching Method in Clini-cal Teaching in Clinical Laboratory
Objective To explore the application value and effect of problem-based teaching method in clinical teach-ing.Methods A total of seventy interns in the clinical laboratory of Lanling County Shenshan Central Health Center from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-five interns in each group.The control group was taught in the conventional way,while the intervention group was taught in the problem-based teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skill of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion Applying the problem-based teaching method to the practical teaching in the laboratory can not only improve the theoretical knowledge of interns,but also strengthen their practical operation ability.Interns have a high sense of identification and satisfaction with this practical teaching method,and it is helpful to improve the level of critical thinking of students.
