Application Effect of PBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Assistant General Practitioners Based on Evidence-based Medicine Think-ing
Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method based on evidence-based medicine(EBM)thinking in facilitating standardized training of general practitioners.Methods A to-tal of fourteen assistant general practitioners who participated in the standardized training of general practitioners in Pingnan County Second People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with seven in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching method,and the observation group was given PBL teaching method based on EBM thinking under the premise of control group.The results of comprehensive assessment,clinical decision-making ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive as-sessment scores,clinical decision-making ability and critical thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teach-ing method based on EBM thinking can improve the performance of assistant general practitioners in comprehensive assessment,improve their clinical decision-making ability,and enhance their critical thinking ability.
