Application Value of PDCA Combined with Refined Training in Endocri-nology Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA combined with refined training in clinical teaching of endocrinology department.Methods A total of eighty gauge students participated in standardized training for resdents from the department of endocrinology of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into forty students in each group according to the time of admission to the department.The control group was studied from January to December 2022.The study group was studied from January to December 2023.The control group received refined training,and the study group received PDCA cycle combined with refined training.The results of theoretical examination,teaching satisfaction,learning interest and learning ability of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher theoretical test scores and teaching satisfaction,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of learning interest and learning ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with refined training can help to improve students'learning interest and learning ability,improve teaching quality and teaching sat-isfaction.
