Effect of SPOC Combined with Multi-dimensional Teaching Mode in the Clinical Teaching of TCM Internal Medicine
Objective To explore the effect of small private limited online course(SPOC)combined with multi-dimensional teaching mode in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese Medicine internal medicine.Methods A to-tal of ninety interns in the internal medicine Department of Internal Medicine of Chinese Medicine in Feixian County Feicheng Street Health Center from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were di-vided into the conventional group and the research group with forty-five interns in each group using the 1∶1 distribu-tion method.The conventional group carried out the traditional teaching mode,and the research group carried out the SPOC combined multi-dimensional teaching mode.The two groups of interns were compared in terms of teaching sat-isfaction,comprehensive grades and evaluation thinking ability.Results The teaching satisfaction of interns in the re-search group was higher than that in the conventional group(97.78%vs 82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of the research group were higher than those of the conven-tional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability in the research group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of SPOC combined multi-dimensional teaching mode in the clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine can exercise the thinking ability of interns,improve the teaching effect,and the satisfaction of interns is high.
