Based on the Case Teaching"Intern on the Platform"in Clinical Microbi-ology Test Practice Teaching Reform Exploration
Objective To analyze the application value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical microbiology laboratory practice teaching.Methods A total of seventy-two medical labora-tory undergraduates and vocational college interns who practiced in the medical laboratory department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from December 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-six interns in each group.The observation group adopted CBL based speech teaching combined with PBL teach-ing method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The results of academic performance,PPT production effect and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups of interns.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of PPT speech content richness,logicality,timeliness of literature,lan-guage expression ability and teaching satisfaction were higher than those of control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL based speech teaching combined with PBL teaching method in clinical microbiology laboratory practice teaching can effectively improve interns'academic perfor-mance,clinical practice ability and teaching effect.
