Effect of the Application of Target Management Teaching Model in the Teaching of Pharmaceutical Interns
Objective To analyze the effect of the teaching mode of target management in the teaching of pharmaceuti-cal interns.Methods A total of forty pharmaceutical interns who practiced in Yongzhou Central Hospital from July 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and grouped according to the implementation time of the teaching mode.From July 2020 to April 2021,twenty-two interns were implemented the regular teaching mode and were set as the conventional group.From June 2022 to April 2023,eighteen interns were implemented the target man-agement teaching model and were set as study groups.The two groups of interns were compared on the teaching effect,teaching mode satisfaction rating and assessment results.Results The evaluation scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The assessment results of interns in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementa-tion of target management teaching mode in the teaching of pharmaceutical interns can effectively improve interns'sat-isfaction with the teaching mode,improve the teaching effect and enhance the interns'mastery of professional knowl-edge and vocational skills.
